I ordered this kit. To put my comments in context, I do not take photos for the Times, ESPN, or anything along those lines. In fact, my professional interest in photography is really more on the artistic side.

Like I said, I ordered this kit. I was looking for a fisheye lens that wouldnt cost me an arm and a leg and couldn't pass up this deal since it included the fisheye that I had decided to buy.

I was actually more surprised by the Aspheric lens. I've been having a tremendous amount of fun tinkering with it and different aperature settings.

I would say that if you're not the sort of person who makes their living through photography, it you're a hobbiest who sometimes profits from their hobby, these lenses would be appropriate for you.
