This is a cool and sleek device. It was a gift from me to someone else. The only negative comment I heard was that you need to really hold it on the bottle. Maybe it could be designed to fit better?

We have owned 2 rabbits and many other wine opening devices. We have broken or had trouble using all the others. This is hands down the easiest to use and best one we've bought! Would definitely recommend!

This is the best wine opener on the market! I have one already and have used it for over a year. It is easy to use, is portable, and the parts last. I spent alot of money on other openers, only to have them break or fall apart after minimal use. I ordered two more Oster Electric Wine Openers for gifts to friends that wanted to know where to get one like mine.

I saw the Oster Electric Wine Opener at a friend's place and was impressed with its performance. I came back and ordered one for myself and two as gifts for friends. The opener's aesthetic looks and flawless performance are a winner. I like its ease of handling.

this doesn't work if you're trying to open a wine bottle that has a plastic or rubber cork. it works only with real cork and a lot of vinyards are now botteling with other than real cork.
