    I purchased a variety of shoe boxes from various companies to get some resemblance to organization of my closet. The rubbermaid variety is functional, but the lids didn't stay connected and they aren't attractive at all. Just plain ole plastic shoe boxes.

    Originally, I bought these boxes for shoe storage, and then I realized what multi-use items they are.

    I now store scarves, winter mittens, socks, and all sorts of items in them.

    They certainly neaten a once messy closet!
