As a long distance lorry driver i thought it about time i invest in a satnav due to the cost of A-Z ect being prohibitive (must have about 300 worth of maps)which still don't cover most of the country.
Have done over 600 miles this week from Newcastle upon tyne-London-around london-Tilbury-Newcastle and must say the sat nav has never put a foot wrong(using only 7 digit postcode).
Pros
Large screen,easy to read with just a quick glance.
Good voice directions.
Easy to use menu.
Multiple destinations (good for multi drop)
Instant re-route if you take a wrong turn,or think another route is more suitable.
You can save your destination for further reference ie:you do a delivery then when your at that delivery you mark and name that place on the sat nav.
12 months free safety(cough,cough)camera alert ,which i confirm does a good job(did'nt know there was that many cameras in the country never mind london).
Bluetooth connectivity.
Route profile options (lorry,car,motorcycle,cycle,pedestrian)
Cons
Short battery life (proably due to the large screen)
Safety camera activation could be quite complicated for those that are not pc literate(like me).
But that said the pros far out way the cons, and i dont think you will find a widescreen sat nav with the features that the sony has for less(110).INC DELIVERY

Bought this as my 1st satnav, thought it was about time really. Did quite a lot of research and the thing that sold it for me about this model was the bluetooth feature. It works well, you can import your phonebook and make and receive calls on the move.
All in all then ... plus points:
* Looks great and the screen is fantastic
* 12 month safety camera subscription is included
* Bluetooth feature is a real bonus
* Points of interest gives you local petrol stations, restaurants etc .. quite handy
* Sony build quality and reliability
And the not so good:
* Quite slow to start receiving a GPS signal and also at calculating route
* Is surprisingly heavy
* No mains charger
* Charging seems to take a while (may just be due to only using it a few times so far)
Overall I highly recommend this satnav. It has some great features and comes with the Sony brand guarantee of quality. The downsides are not really worth worrying about
